Our Story

G’day, we’re Caitlin & Alicia and welcome to Stoney Creek Western Wear. For as long as we both can remember, both of us have had a passion for everything to do with the land and living on it, especially the fashion that comes along with it. Being born and raised in a family that has been known to have a long history of horse and cattle farming here in North Queensland Australia, it was a no brainer for both of us to want to share this passion with everyone else. The name Stoney creek was derived from a special creek called ‘Stoney creek’ that runs up the coast of North Queensland, near where we live. However, it also recognises our family name and the long history we’ve had on the land. 

Back in 2021, and idea sparked that would now become what you all know as Stoney Creek Western Wear. For a few months after that, we thought long and hard to find a good solid name for our business. Then, in early 2022, the name was born. For almost a year after that date, we got into planning, discussing, designing the official logo and making everything legal. And on the 27th of April 2023,  we officially registered ourselves as Stoney Creek Western Wear. Almost a year later!
